I have ran with Unforseen twice now, Both times I have witnessed they don't bullshit and they get the job done. I have goals of endgame progression, and Unforseen is capable of taking me there if I do my part.

Maxxed LW and experienced heals.

Yes, unless under stressful circumstances a guild member becomes completely out of line.
